Community Impact Ambassadors
The concept for the Community Impact Ambassadors (CIA) evolved from previous United Way Allocations panel volunteers. The CIA is responsible for advocating for the United Way's community impact initiatives and supporting the community impact model through evaluation panels. You may have heard that our United Way is transitioning to the Community Impact model and placing a stronger focus on outcomes.
